At Valour Stone, each signet ring is made to order and often individually hand-engraved to your specifications. Because of the personalised nature of our work, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to support you if any issues arise.
1. Custom Orders & Non-Refundable Items
Due to the handcrafted and personalised nature of our rings, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

Custom-made signet rings

Engraved or personalised items

Rings ordered in the wrong size (unless resizing is possible — see below)
We ask that you take extra care when submitting details such as ring size, engraving artwork, and metal choice.
2. Faults or Craftsmanship Issues
If you believe your item has arrived with a fault or craftsmanship issue:

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include clear photos and a description of the issue.

If the fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or remake the item at no extra cost.
We reserve the right to inspect the ring before approving any resolution.
3. Resizing
We offer a complimentary resizing service for eligible rings.
Please contact us to check whether your ring design can be resized. Shipping fees may apply for sending the ring back to us and returning it once resized.
4. Returns Process
Returns for repairs, adjustments, or assessment must be arranged in advance.

We will provide return instructions. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.
5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping for repairs or issues may be covered by Valour Stone if the item is found to be faulty.

Shipping for resizing or other services may be the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using tracked and insured postage for any returns.
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be cancelled before production has begun. Once we start work on your ring, the order becomes final and non-refundable.
