At Valour Stone, every signet ring is made to order with careful attention to detail. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship our rings, both locally and internationally.
1. Production Timeframes
Each signet ring is custom made, often including personalised engraving. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production from the time your design and payment are confirmed.
You will be notified when your ring is ready for dispatch.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer tracked and insured shipping for all orders:
New Zealand

Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch
Australia

Tracked International Courier

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Rest of the World

All timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on customs or carrier delays.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel’s progress in real time.
4. Duties, Taxes, and Customs
International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes imposed by their country. These are not included in the purchase or shipping cost.
Please check with your local customs office if you're unsure what applies in your region.
5. Shipping Insurance
All parcels are shipped with insurance for peace of mind. In the rare event of a parcel being lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in filing a claim and work with you on a suitable resolution.
6. Incorrect Addresses & Missed Deliveries
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. Valour Stone is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect delivery information.
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or an incomplete address, we may charge additional postage to resend it.
